To achieve the level of professionalism you want your callers to experience, it is important for your conference call to start on time as scheduled. Don’t wait for those people that tune in late, it will only frustrate those that have called in on time.

Be sure that the callers lines are muted and remind everybody listening to hit mute on their phone.
